PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE: NEW APPROACHES

I am delighted to participate in the inaugural function of the R & D facility and Human Vaccine Plant in the Indian Immunologicals Ltd. My greetings to the Chairman-NDDB, Managing Director-IIL, scientists, engineers, technicians and staff of this organization! IIL has achieved large experience of animal vaccine research and production, this will provide many unique inputs for the development and production of human vaccine and other biotechnology products required in the emerging field of cellular medicine.

When I am in the UAE, I can see the result of the great vision of President Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahayan, who transformed the UAE into a prosperous and confident nation. My greetings to your President, Council of Ministers and the people for building this modern nation with innovative economic activity. My special prayers for the speedy recovery of President Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahayan.

I am delighted to be among all the children, their teaching staff and parents here in your school in Dubai. Children in their innocence have a pure and noble mind and they enter our beautiful universe with a natural urge to seek and know more and more about themselves, and the world of life and man. Education is a societal response to satisfy this urge, and perfection in education has always been the goal of enlightened societies.
