I am delighted to be with the participants of the 44th National Security and Strategy Course conducted by the National Defence College (NDC). My greetings to the Commandant, the faculty members and the participants of the course. I am also glad to know that 17 of the 84 participants have come from abroad to participate in this course. This is particularly welcome since the modern day defence and warfare doctrines have evolved to be interoperable across multiple forces within a country and often across the countries.

I am delighted to participate in the inauguration of "Ibadat-e-Shahadat" Museum particularly the great tradition of multiple cultures with the background of beautiful people and beautiful environment. I recall a part of the famous poem by Lal Ded. The Paradise, will be regained Mother Lalla will bless her children. The fruits of Development Will be abundant and available With the blessings of the God Almighty.
