I convey my heartiest congratulations to the entire family of Indian Council of Agricultural Research on the 79th Anniversary of its Foundation Day. ICAR has generated agricultural technologies and contributed to the Green Revolution, made agriculture more resilient against natural vagaries and helped to ward off threats of famine.
