The President Receives 13th Finance Commission Report
The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil received the Report of the 13th Finance Commission from the Chairman of the Commission, Dr. Vijay Kelkar at Rashtrapati Bhavan on December 30, 2009. The Finance Commission is constituted by the President of India under Article 280 of the Constitution of India.
