The President Presents Lal Bahadur Shastri National Award
The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil presented the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Award for Excellence in Public Administration, Academics and Management for the Year 2009 to Shri Sunil Bharti Mittal at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on December 15, 2009. The Award has been given to Shri Mittal in recognition of his outstanding work in the field of telecommunication and education.
