The Presidents of Brazil and South Africa, Their Excellencies, Mr. Mr.
Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva and Mr. Kgalema Motlanthe respectively, met
the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Rashtrapati
Bhavan on October 15, 2008 on the occasion of the India Brazil and
South Africa (IBSA) Summit - 2008. The three leaders exchanged views
on international matters of mutual concern. They reaffirmed their
commitment to strengthen IBSA, which is a unique forum involving three
leading democracies from three continents who share common values and
aspirations.
